XMPlay MIDI plugin (rev.13)

What's the point?
=================
This plugin allows XMPlay to play MIDI files. To install the plugin,
put the XMP-MIDI.DLL file in the same directory as (or a sub-directory
of) XMPLAY.EXE.

You will also need an SF2 soundfont. The SFZ format is also supported. By
default, a Creative soundfont (28MBGM.SF2/CT8MGM.SF2/CT4MGM.SF2/CT2MGM.SF2)
will automatically be used when detected. There are also many other
soundfonts freely available on the internet. A couple of examples can be
found on the XMPlay webpage. To enable a soundfont, go to the plugin's
config options and click on the "Add" button. Multiple soundfonts can be
stacked to supplement each other.

SFZ files reference samples in separate WAV (or encoded) files. When an SFZ
file is added to the soundfont config, its samples will be checked that they
can be loaded and a warning will be displayed if any can't. During playback,
an SFZ file with missing samples will be indicated by a '*' after it in the
"Samples" info window.

TIP: An SFZ file defines a single instrument, so they need to be assigned to
individual presets via the preset list rather than entire banks.

When used in combination with the FLAC/WavPack/Opus/Musepack plugins,
SF2PACK soundfonts using those codecs are supported. SF2PACK soundfonts
are created with BASSMIDI (available from the website). The samples used
with SFZ files can be similarly encoded.

NOTE: You must have XMPlay 3.8 or above to use this plugin.
